Order Processing
Your order ships within 2-3 business days, from the moment of its placement. If a longer production time is needed, you’ll get informed on your order’s product page.
Shipping Terms
We use DHL to ship our products around the world.
For international orders – import taxes, duties, and fees will be imposed on the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For international shipping rates please look for your region fees at the checkout.
Returns/Exchanges
Hue Minimal offers exchange or store credit only, no refunds,. Store credit is valid for one year from the date of its issuance. Used items won’t be accepted – all returned items must be in a new condition, with their original packaging.
Shipping costs of returned items will be paid by the customer.
Note: We do not accept any order cancellations due to delays caused by the shipping carrier.
In case of a damaged or broken item, please contact us via office@hueminimal.com within 14 days of order.
